Here is our process for one on one or tandem training (2 people training together):
I. Consultation & Assessment
- find out about each other – conducted by fitness trainers
- explore past, current and future lifestyle
- discussion around goals, health and overall information
- discuss program selection
II. We go to the gym floor and do strength and flexibility testing to give us a starting point.
At this point the client & fitness trainer decide if they would like to continue the relationship.
III. If so, then. we (Ted Loo Fitness) develop a fitness training program based on information gathered at consultation & assessment
IV. Sessions begin that are based on goals and benchmarks that will adjust as the client reaches their goals and their lifestyle evolves
V. The program will be monitored by the trainer and constantly ‘tweaked’ to reflect the clients’ current goals and requirements
